1. Broccoli soup

  • Cauliflower – 2 (roughly chopped)
  • Low Fat Milk – 2 cups
  • oil – 1 tsp
  •  Celery – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Onions – 1 cup (finely chopped)
  •  ground black pepper and salt as desired

Heat the oil in a frying pan and reduce onions for two minutes. Add cauliflower to it. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Now, pour the milk and half a cup of water into the pan.
