18 Exciting Exercises To Lose Fat Again

Back fat isn’t easy to handle and looks awkward when wearing a strapless dress. Excess cracks on your back or any other part of your body can make you look awful while diminishing your self-esteem. It is easy to handle fat on the front of your body, but reducing back swelling can be a little difficult. Well, it’s not impossible to get rid of back fat, and you can get a slim figure with the help of the following exercises.

Exercises to eliminate fat return

1. The fierce side

This exercise will help the upper back, lifters, and palpitations.

  • Place your feet next to each other and be straight.
  • Join now with both hands (palm trees facing each other).
  • Lift your arms above your head, keeping in mind the fierce consideration.
  • Stand with your feet together (make sure you have enough space around you when doing this exercise).
  • Now move all your weight on the left leg.
  • Slowly raise the right leg back until your body is parallel to the ground.
  • Spread your hands – as shown in the image above.Push your navel to your backbone.
  • Hold this position for four five breaths.
  • Exhale slowly and bring the right elbow to the outer side of your left knee.
  • Push the lower elbow toward your thigh. While doing this, lift your chest up and swivel outward to further twist in the middle.
  • Keep this position until five breaths are counted.
  • Inhale as you slowly return to extreme position.
  • Repeat on the other thigh.

2. Warrior 3

Back exercises will work on the back as well as shoulders.

Stand with your feet together (make sure you have enough space around you when doing this exercise).

  • Now move all your weight on the left leg.=
  • Slowly raise the right leg back until your body is parallel to the ground.
  • Spread your hands – as shown in the image above.
  •  Push your navel to your backbone.
  • Hold this position for four five breaths

3. Half of the Moon

This will work on both sides of your torso as well as your back. Assume that the dog facing down is positioned as shown in the image below. Move your right foot and place it in your hands. Now slowly move up to form Warrior 1 position.

Now go to Warrior 2 mode by opening your chest, arms and hips.

Now place your left hand on the left thigh joint and extend your right hand out.

• Then, shift your weight to the right foot. Slowly raise your left foot, and make sure to keep it straight while lifting up

• Place the palm of your right hand face down on the floor, just below the shoulder. In the event that you cannot touch the ground, you can place it on a block or bend your right knee.

Divide your weight evenly by your right foot and hand.

Lift the left arm up while looking at the ground. Then slowly look at your left hand.

• Hold this position for 5 breaths. Repeat the same thing on the left side.

4. Straight arm triangle

This is a very simple asana yoga that works on the core, legs and upper body, and therefore, an ideal exercise for back fat

• Start with Down Dog.

• Now bring your right leg forward and change to the position of the warrior 1.

Keep your right leg straight and stretch your right arm.

• Lower the right arm so that it touches the ground. You can use a block if you are unable to do so.

• Transfer your weight evenly on your heels.

• Lift your left arm so that it is parallel to the ground.

• Draw the navel into the spine.

Hold the straight arm triangle in the shape of five breaths, then do the same on the left side.

5. Planck side

This exercise works on almost all parts of the upper body such as arms, frowning, back and also the sides of the torso.

Start with a dog underneath the dog.

• Place both feet together until the toes come into contact.

• Move the right hand to the left in a manner that is in the middle of the top of the mat.

Move to your right, then place the right heel down as shown in the image above.

Balance your body on the outer edge of the flexible right foot.

Stretch the left hand over your ear.
